If you have purchased Amber but not received it, please fill out a ticket and include a screenshot of the receipt that was sent to your email. 

The receipt must be valid, and from within the last 30 Days. We must be able to identify the following from your screenshot:
  • Your Email Address
  • Order #
  • Amount of Amber Purchased
  • Please also let us know if this purchase was made in Single Player, an Official Server, or an Unofficial Server


Once we have verified your missing Amber you will be issued a Support Code to redeem in your game. Please be aware that due to the fluctuating volume of reports that we receive it may take up to 14 days to hear back from us.
